Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate/Post Graduate
- 5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or Operations
- Prior experience in hyperlocal logistics, e-commerce, last-mile delivery, or express logistics industry preferred
- Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer growth management

- Growth of existing business accounts
- Increase in OPD (Orders Per Day)
- Account expansion and growth
- Customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Escalation closure TAT
- Account profitability
- Revenue growth through renewals and upselling
- Payment collections and receivables management
- SLA adherence and operational efficiency
