Position: Telecaller Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and offers effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling activities.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, appointments, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and updates.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Fluency in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
