Alfa Dispatch is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and the ability to promote company services through online and offline marketing strategies.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, customer relations, social media marketing, and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and close deals through multiple channels
- Promote company services on social media and CRM platforms
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Create marketing strategies to increase sales
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the CEO and the management team
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Contribute to branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and suggest improvements to enhance performance
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English and Punjabi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Advanced knowledge of sales and marketing
- Sales experience is mandatory
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work well in a team
- Advanced computer knowledge, CRM, and Sales Software
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, as per business requirements
- Candidates with USA Truck Dispatch knowledge will be preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required (Canada study preferred)

Pay: ₹9,847.68 - ₹23,787.98 per month
