Job description:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls/emails.
- Language Training: Teach German Language to students A1 & A2 (Offline and Online).
- Documentation: Convert the documents from English to German, Proof read the documents, etc. and vice versa.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team, German team on lead-nurturing campaigns and route highly complex opportunities.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
- Customer Consultations: Assess customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and conduct engaging virtual product demos.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher/ up to 2 years
- Education: B2 German Language Level.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong phone presence and comfortable dialing high volumes daily.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with corporate productivity tools, web presentation platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Soft Skills: Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a relentless drive to achieve goals.
