Key Responsibilities:Purchase / Procurement:
- Handling material procurement as per requirement
- Identifying and developing new vendors/suppliers
- Negotiating price, quality, and delivery terms
- Preparing and processing Purchase Orders (PO)
- Maintaining purchase records and documentation
- Ensuring timely follow-up with suppliers
Logistics:
- Coordinating dispatch & transportation of goods
- Planning inward & outward logistics
- Tracking shipments and ensuring on-time delivery
- Coordinating with transporters & warehouse team
- Handling billing, invoices, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note)
Inventory & Coordination:
- Monitoring stock levels and avoiding shortages/excess
- Coordinating with production/store department
- Ensuring proper inventory control & reporting
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
- Knowledge of procurement process & logistics operations
- Basic understanding of inventory management
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP software
Qualification:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in Purchase / Logistics
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
