Understand business requirements in detail to generate BRD and understand existing BRD 3. Convert BRD into FSD and perform impact analysis. 4. Stakeholder management, Experience in BA activities along with functional testing. 5. Collaboration with Teams: o Ability to work with technical teams (IT, Developers) and business teams (Product Owners, Business Analysts) with clear communication. 6. End?to?End Testing Skills: Requirement understanding, Test case creation, Test execution, Defect tracking, Status reporting etc. 7. Involvement in Defect Triage Meetings. 1. Test Management Tools: o Experience with JIRA for Project Management. 2. Versatility & Time Management: o Ability to handle both functional, technical tasks and manage multiple priorities.
