We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to join our team in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, coordinating with debtors and creditors, and supporting overall accounts management.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
* Prepare and manage sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
* Reconcile bank accounts and customer/vendor ledgers.
* Follow up with debtors for outstanding payments.
* Generate and maintain financial reports as required.
* Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
* Assist in GST-related and other routine accounting work.
* Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Knowledge of accounting software preferred (Busy Accounting Software).
* Good communication and follow-up skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in debtor and creditor management.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and maintain records efficiently.
* Professional telephone communication skills for payment follow-ups.
