Job Description
Ram Empire India is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit sales reports.
- Coordinate with the management team for deal closures.
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Graduation preferred.
