We are looking for a smart, proactive, and execution-focused Marketing Trainee to work directly on launching and scaling SSA Institution.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys business development, brand building, coordination, and building something from the ground up.
You will be responsible for helping us grow college partnerships, market our programs, coordinate events, and strengthen the SSA Institution brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Institutional Partnerships & Outreach
- Identify and build a database of target colleges, B-schools, law schools, MBA institutes, and commerce colleges.
- Reach out to placement cells, deans, HODs, student committees, and training departments.
- Pitch SSA Institution seminars, workshops, and certification programs.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with decision-makers.
- Build long-term relationships with institutions.
Growth & Brand Building
- Brainstorm and execute marketing ideas to position SSA Institution strongly in the student market.
- Assist with LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, and digital campaign initiatives.
- Support brand-building efforts through partnerships, campaigns, and outreach.
- Identify student communities, clubs, and campus networks for promotion.
Program Execution & Events
- Coordinate webinars, physical seminars, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage registrations, reminders, attendance, and participant communication.
- Coordinate with speakers, internal team members, and institutions.
- Ensure smooth execution of all online and offline programs.
Community Management
- Build and manage student communities on WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, or other platforms.
- Handle participant queries and maintain engagement.
- Support post-event retention and repeat enrolments.
Strategy & Reporting
- Track outreach pipeline, leads, registrations, partnerships, and conversions.
- Maintain trackers and weekly progress reports.
- Suggest new growth channels and partnership opportunities.

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn, and basic digital tools.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
