WHAT YOU WILL DO
Seeking a highly responsive and communicative Business Analyst with a strong foundation in financial systems and Insurtech workflows. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in remote environments, bridges technical and business domains with clarity and brings hands-on expertise in tools like Postman, Python etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather, analyse and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct gap analyses and propose data driven solutions for process improvement
- Design and execute test cases using Postman for API validation
- Build and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reporting
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA
- Liaise with stakeholders across finance, product and engineering to ensure alignment
- Monitor KPIs and generate insights to support strategic decision-making
- Contribute to compliance and audit readiness through structured documentation
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related roles
- Proven track record in financial systems or Insurtech environments
- Responsiveness, clear and professional communication
- Technical skills in Postman, Python, Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and JIRA
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science or related field
