We are looking for enthusiastic Travel Consultants to help customers plan memorable holidays and business trips. You will understand customer requirements, recommend suitable travel options, and coordinate bookings to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel requirements.
- Recommend hotels, transportation, and travel packages.
- Prepare quotations and travel plans.
- Coordinate bookings with travel partners.
- Follow up with customers before and after travel.
- Handle booking modifications and cancellations.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate booking records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
