We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for fashion, coupled with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and effect sales at the retail studio. You will be responsible for studio management, client dealing, handling trials and after sales service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Engage with customers, provide personalized assistance, and facilitate outfit trials to ensure satisfaction.
Sales Effectiveness: Utilize strong product knowledge and sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
Alterations Management: Coordinate alterations for customers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
After-Sale Service: Provide ongoing support to customers post-purchase, addressing any concerns and facilitating returns or exchanges.
