The Alternate is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store & E-Commerce Executive who can manage both retail store operations and online business activities. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, sales-driven, organized, and capable of handling day-to-day store responsibilities while ensuring smooth order processing and online customer management.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Store Operations
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and assist in product selection.
- Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Manage stock availability and inventory within the store.
- Handle billing and customer transactions.
E-Commerce Operations
- Process and manage website orders efficiently.
- Coordinate with factory/dispatch team for Made-to-Order (MTO) orders.
- Update product listings, inventory, and product information on Shopify and marketplaces.
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and calls.
- Monitor order tracking, returns, exchanges, and customer follow-ups.
