Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound activities.
Ensure timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
Handle warehouse documentation such as GRNs, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and stock transfer documents.
Perform SAP transactions related to inward, outward, inventory movements, and stock reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports for warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, transporters, and finance teams for smooth warehouse operations.
Monitor warehouse manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Maintain accurate records and support internal and external audits.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with SAP (Warehouse/Inventory Module).
Good understanding of MIS reporting and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of warehouse documentation and logistics processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain/Commerce preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
Experience in battery, automotive, manufacturing, industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
