We are hiring an experienced and skilled Porotta Master to join our kitchen team. The candidate should be able to prepare soft and quality porottas while maintaining hygiene and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook porottas as per standard quality
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area
- Ensure proper handling of dough preparation and cooking process
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
- Maintain food quality and timely service
Requirements:
- Experience as a Porotta Master in a hotel or restaurant
- Good knowledge of dough preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per hour
