Location: Pune, India (5 Days Work from Office)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: M.Com / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
Technical Know-how: General Accounting, good hands on in Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot)
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Manage Accounts Payable accounting for entities across the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Mexico, South Africa, India, and the Philippines.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly expense provisions and prepaid schedules.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reconciliations.
Technical Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting functions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage.
