Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Assist patients in improving daily living, motor, sensory, and functional skills.
- Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and assistive devices.
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) from a recognized institution.
- MOT preferred.
Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
Skills
- Clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Teamwork and documentation proficiency.
Pay: ₹13,973.48 - ₹25,000.00 per month
