Position Overview
Lyxaa is seeking an empathetic, articulate, and highly organized Care Coordinator to join our team in Calicut. In this role, you will serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their healthcare journeys over the phone.
Because we operate in premium preventive healthcare, this is not a generic, scripted tele-calling job. We require a professional with a solid medical background who can understand clinical context, communicate with authority and warmth, and deliver an exceptional, premium patient experience. Core Responsibilities
- Patient Tele-Consultation & Guidance: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with patients, understand their health goals, and explain our specialized care packages clearly.
- Care Journey Coordination: Follow up diligently with patients throughout their care cycles, ensuring they remain compliant, motivated, and fully supported.
- Lead Engagement & Conversion: Turn healthcare inquiries into active center registrations by addressing patient concerns with deep clinical understanding and high emotional intelligence.
- Data Management: Maintain pristine, accurate records of all patient interactions, medical histories, and follow-up schedules in our CRM platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with our internal medical and operational teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and booking flows.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Educational Background: A degree or diploma in a medical, paramedical, nursing, allied health, or life sciences field is mandatory.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare coordination, hospital front-desk operations, medical tele-calling, or client relations within a clinic/diagnostic setting.
- Communication Mastery: Fluency in Malayalam and English is essential. You must possess excellent active listening skills, verbal clarity, and a reassuring tele-presence.
- Persuasive Mindset: A strong orientation toward relationship-building and conversion, with a proven track record of meeting service or engagement benchmarks.
