- Manufacturing chemist required for skincare cosmetics who has good knowledge of advanced ingredients.
- To effectively produce quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operations and its maintenance.
- Handling of production equipment.
- Documentation capabilities like filling of BMR/BPR etc.
- Knowledge of basic cGMP.
- Maintaining the daily logs of the process area.
- Candidate should have knowledge of ingredients used in Cream, Shampoo, Serum, Scrub, Mask, Face Wash.
- Ensure Manufacturing/ Packing as per SOP/BMR.
- Calibration of weighing balance before start the manufacturing / packing.
- Responsible for Bulk Manufacturing for color cosmetics products.
- Responsible for following all instructions given by management on time to time.
- Signing of BMR/BPR as per daily planning, material arrangement for manufacturing.
- Data keeping for equipment such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, other activities.
