- Handle inquiries for residential buy & rental properties
- Generate leads via portals (99acres, Housing, Magicbricks), references & walk-ins
- Understand client needs (budget, location, configuration)
- Arrange and conduct site visits
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into closures
- Coordinate between property owners and clients
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
