Educational Requirements
- B.Tech in any Food Technology
- MSc in Food Science or MSc in Chemistry/Microbiology/Biotech with relevant experiences
Mandatory requirements

- Min 2 Years in Food Industry
- Hands-on experience in HPLC, MS/GCMS

Description
- Perform timely analysis and SAP clearance to ensure the smooth release of Raw Materials (RM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG).
- Monitor and continuously improve Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Train fellow associates and maintain the organization's laboratory processes and procedures.
- Actively participate in method development and NABL accreditation activities for relevant parameters.
- Participate in the evaluation of new testing methods, applications, and laboratory instrumentation.
- Perform daily calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Participate in laboratory proficiency testing programs.
- Provide guidance to resolve issues related to instruments, test methods, laboratory chemicals, standards, and samples.
- Conduct testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods in accordance with regulatory, company, and customer requirements.
- Identify testing gaps and implement improvements to enhance laboratory excellence.
- Investigate testing deviations and prepare exception reports using appropriate problem-solving tools.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and operate precision measuring instruments.
- Periodically review and update laboratory procedures to ensure compliance with current standards and best practices.
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
