Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

Understand issues and provide accurate, timely solutions

Guide customers through product features and usage

Troubleshoot and escalate technical/product-related issues

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and tickets

Monitor and respond to customer feedback on social platforms

Follow up to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction

Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Tech teams

Contribute ideas to improve the customer support experience

Graduation (must be completed)

\u200d Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or similar role

Proficiency in Hindi & English (mandatory)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk tools is a plus
