Gagangiri Group is looking for an experienced and high-performing Closing Manager for our Kandivali project. This is a senior sales role where you will be responsible for converting site visits into confirmed bookings, managing a sales team, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and serious leads at the site/sales office and close deals
- Guide customers through the entire home-buying process - from site visit to booking and documentation
- Work with pricing, offers, and negotiation within defined guidelines to close sales
- Lead, mentor, and support the sourcing and telecalling teams to maximize conversions
- Maintain a strong follow-up system for hot and warm leads
- Achieve monthly booking targets and contribute to overall sales strategy
- Liaise with the CRM, legal, and accounts teams for smooth post-booking handover
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a closing/senior sales role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market (western suburbs preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and customer handling skills
- Leadership ability to guide a small sales team
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English
