Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students and parents, handle front-desk inquiries and phone calls
- Manage photocopying, scanning, filing, and maintain student records
- Ensure office cleanliness, arrange water/tea, and set up classrooms
- Monitor stationery stock and run official errands to bank/post office
- Assist faculty with printing test papers, updating notice boards, and class schedules
- Maintain basic expense records and coordinate with admin team
Requirements:
- Education: 10th/12th pass minimum
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge - MS Word, Excel, email, printer/scanner
- Language: Fluent in Hindi, basic English
- Qualities: Punctual, honest, hardworking, polite with students and staff
- Experience: 0-2 years preferred. Freshers can also apply
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.18 per month
