Understand the big picture of the project and have a good understanding of the module under consideration.
Break the modules into smaller functionalities / logical blocks.
Produce a high-level design covering the flow, including UI flow, Webservices, any dependencies, and special instructions.
- Work allotment to team members
- Code integration at the module/project level
- Project setup in TFS/SVN/Sourcesafe
- Responsible for project deliverables on schedule
- Scale up junior resources to take up new roles
- Update and maintain checklist (Deployments/Coding standards) of important steps
- Minimum 4hrs of training to be completed per week
- Daily reporting to the Client/Management
