Hiring: Business Development Intern / Executive

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Intern / Executive to support our business growth, client outreach, lead generation and relationship-building activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, partners and business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email and other channels
- Communicate with prospective clients and business partners
- Assist with proposals, presentations, reports and follow-ups
- Maintain and update lead/client databases
- Track leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions using MS Excel
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth BD activities
- Support the team in achieving monthly business development and outreach targets
Mandatory Skills
- Excellent English communication – verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel
- Working knowledge of Claude / AI-based language tools
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with client outreach, calling and lead generation
