The role
You'll be the hands-on engineer for the hub - first deploying and integrating the tools the Lead selects, then running day-to-day monitoring, tuning, and patching.
Experience:
4–6 years in security engineering, deployment, or SOC operations.
Location: Bangalore (hybrid — 2 days/week in office). Shift: UK shift overlap.
What you'll do

Install and configure firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, EDR/XDR, and DLP tools, and harden Windows/Linux endpoints.

Administer AD/LDAP, SSO, and MFA; tune the SIEM and write custom correlation rules and dashboards.

Lead daily incident triage, coordinate with the 24/7 MSSP/MDR, and run vulnerability scans and patching within SLA.

Run phishing simulations and clean-desk checks, and monitor biometric and CCTV systems.
What we're looking for

Hands-on experience with tools like Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Defender, Palo Alto, or Fortinet.

Strong log parsing, packet analysis, and infrastructure debugging skills.

Security+, CEH, or Cisco CyberOps preferred, plus a degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
