Role Overview We are hiring a hands-on Google Ads expert who can independently manage and scale multiple high-budget lead generation campaigns for international clients.
This is NOT a managerial-only role we need someone who can execute, optimize, and scale campaigns directly inside accounts and lead Generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 20+ Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Handle $50K+ monthly ad budgets
- Execute and optimize full-funnel lead generation campaigns
- Improve CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversion rates
- Perform keyword research, A/B testing & audience targeting
- Set up and audit GA4, GTM & conversion tracking
- Lead client calls and explain campaign performance
- Identify scaling opportunities and drive growth
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- 6+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
- Proven experience managing $50K+ monthly budgets
- Experience handling 15–20+ accounts simultaneously
- Strong lead generation experience (B2B/B2C)
- Expertise in GA4, GTM & conversion tracking
- Excellent English communication (client-facing)
- Agency experience preferred
- Comfortable with fixed night shift
- Stable job history (no frequent switches)
