Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive Health Insurance Sales.
- Training & Development: Ensure advisors are well-trained on products, processes, and company values.
- Patient/Client Focus: Ensure agents provide good customer service and connect clients with appropriate health coverage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
