Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative operations across multiple branches in Delhi-NCR. Each branch is managed by an Admin, and this role will be responsible for managing, guiding, and monitoring branch Admins, while also being actively involved in end-to-end administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in core admin functions along with the ability to manage teams, standardize processes, and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Admin Team Management
- Supervise, coordinate, and support Admins across all branches
- Allocate responsibilities and ensure timely completion of admin tasks
- Monitor performance of branch Admins and provide regular feedback
- Ensure uniform implementation of admin policies and SOPs across locations
Administrative Operations (Hands-on)
- Oversee and manage daily administrative activities at HO and branches
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, and service renewals Manage petty cash, expenses, and admin budgets
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure, utilities, and facilities
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance services
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance, documentation, and record maintenance
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and asset tracking
- Support audits and internal compliance checks
Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a bridge between Management, Admins, HR, and other departments
- Prepare MIS reports related to admin operations and expenses
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency Branch Support
- Conduct regular branch visits to review admin operations
- Resolve admin-related issues escalated by branch teams
- Support new branch setups and expansions, if required
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end administrative operations
- Proven experience in managing admin teams across multiple locations
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good communication and coordination skills Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- 5–8 years of experience in Administration
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
- Experience in handling multi-branch or multi-location admin operations preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
