We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executives to help students and professionals choose the right courses while driving admissions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and campaigns.
- Contact prospective students and explain course features, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate course guidance.
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Prepare quotations, share payment details, and assist with the enrollment process.
- Coordinate with the academic and support teams for smooth onboarding.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain excellent service standards.
- Build long-term relationships with students and generate referrals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Submit daily sales reports and performance updates to the reporting manager.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
