Deputy Operations Consultant
Experience: 4–8 Years

Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / MBA / Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred: Mechanical Engineering
Job Summary
We are looking for a Deputy Operations Consultant with experience in manufacturing, production, operations, or process improvement. The candidate will work closely with client teams to identify process gaps and implement operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production, manufacturing, and operational processes.
Implement 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, process flows, and skill matrices.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Collect and analyze operational data.
Coordinate with client management and shop-floor teams.
Support audits and process improvement projects.
Guide junior team members and ensure timely project completion.
Travel to client locations as required.
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in Management Consulting, Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or Process Improvement.
Strong knowledge of production/manufacturing processes and systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
