Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the Printing, Publishing, and Signage (Sign n' Décor) industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and client relationship management, with a deep understanding of commercial printing, digital printing, large-format printing, signage solutions, branding, and publishing services.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial printing, publishing, signage, branding, retail, corporate, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Work closely with production, design, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+years of sales experience in the Printing, Publishing, or Signage Industry.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license (preferred).

- Experience in Sign n' Décor solutions.
- Strong B2B sales background.
- Ability to prepare cost estimates and quotations.
- Knowledge of printing materials, substrates, inks, and production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
