A Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and professional patient care under the direction of doctors and healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Provide wound care, injections, IV care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment, medication, and health management.
- Monitor patients’ progress and report changes promptly to the medical team.
- Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and assist with basic life-support procedures when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
