Job Title: Multi-Speciality Technician (Electrical & Plumbing)
Location: Panjim, Goa
Experience: 3+ Years.
Qualification: ITI (Electrician/Wireman/Plumbing) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
* Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring, DBs, MCBs, pumps, pipelines, valves, and sanitary fittings.
* Maintain DG sets, UPS, water supply systems, and facility utilities.
* Attend maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain maintenance records and follow safety standards.
* Support minor civil, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance when required.
Preferred:
* Electrical Supervisor License.
* Experience in facility management, commercial buildings, hotels, malls, stadiums, or industrial maintenance.
