- Welcome and onboard newly registered drivers on the ROUNDZ platform.
- Contact drivers after registration and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Assist drivers in uploading documents and completing profile verification.
- Follow up with drivers to ensure they come online and actively accept trips.
- Provide support to drivers facing issues with the mobile application.
- Educate drivers about platform features, incentives, earnings, and best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with active and inactive drivers.
- Resolve driver queries and escalate technical issues to the concerned team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of driver interactions and follow-up activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
