- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping.
- Handle full-cycle accounting in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime – including voucher entry, journal entries, ledger reconciliation, and report generation.
- Prepare invoices, tax invoices, debit/credit notes, and GST-compliant documentation for domestic and international transactions (India & Bhutan).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments, client billing, and follow-ups.
- Perform bank reconciliations, cash book maintenance, and daily cash management.
- Handle GST compliance, TDS/TCS deduction, filing, and reconciliation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Process and track cross-border transactions, currency conversions (INR-BTN), and documentation for exports/services to Bhutan.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and MIS reports.
- Assist in inventory accounting, stock valuation, and reconciliation.
- Manage data entry with high accuracy and maintain all financial records and documentation.
- Handle back-office operations including filing systems, documentation, and administrative support related to accounts.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams via email and other communication channels.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and income tax matters.
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting tasks and compliance with Indian accounting standards and relevant Bhutan regulations.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts and multi-currency transactions.
- Any other accounting and office-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) preferred. Higher Secondary (12th) with strong accounting knowledge and relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in accounting/back-office/accounts role. Freshers with excellent Tally and accounting knowledge may apply.
- Software & Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- Complete mastery of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
- Advanced MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
- MS Word, Google Sheets, and email management
- Strong knowledge of Internet, online banking, and accounting portals (GST portal, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax rules in India.
- Understanding of cross-border transactions and basic knowledge of Bhutan’s tax/BT N regulations will be an advantage.
- Excellent data handling, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy, responsibility, and efficiency under tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and confidentiality in handling financial data.
Pay: ₹14,291.05 - ₹40,442.32 per month
