Job Description: Key Responsibilities
- Current report usage and identify "must-have" vs. "nice-to-have" features
- Extract and document fragmented business rules, calculation logic, and KPIs from legacy systems.
- Identify missing data elements and transformation gaps from a functional perspective, assessing how they impact business decision-making.
- Collaborate with business users to define reporting hierarchies and attribute mappings that reflect current organizational needs.
- Design UAT ensuring that the reconstructed foundation and new dashboards meet business accuracy standards.
Assist the Tech Lead and onshore stakeholders in ranking deliverables based on business urgency and ROI.

Must-Have Skills
- Expert in advanced SQL queries to perform independent data profiling and validation without relying solely on the engineering team .
- Proficiency in creating detailed data mapping documents (Source-to-Target) and functional requirement specifications (FRS).
- Good understanding of data modelling concepts
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to track down the source of data discrepancies during the reconciliation phase.
