We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Trainer who is passionate about teaching and developing future hospitality professionals.
Job Summary
The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging online training sessions for students and professionals enrolled in our hospitality training programs. The trainer will develop practical, industry-focused learning experiences and ensure trainees are job-ready through interactive sessions, assessments, and continuous mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live online hospitality training sessions through virtual platforms.
- Train candidates on hospitality operations, customer service, food & beverage service, housekeeping, front office, and professional etiquette.
- Develop and update training modules, presentations, SOPs, and learning materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations using videos, case studies, and real-life hospitality scenarios.
- Evaluate trainee performance through quizzes, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide individual feedback and mentoring to improve trainee performance.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation.
- Coordinate with the operations and HR teams to ensure course quality and placement readiness.
- Stay updated with current hospitality industry trends and best practices.
- Support curriculum enhancement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or hospitality training.
- Previous experience as a trainer, faculty member, or learning & development professional is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Meet, Zoom, or other online teaching platforms.
- Ability to engage learners in a virtual classroom environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
