Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Lead to manage end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of the Performance & Goal Management modules, ensuring alignment with organizational HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead PMGM module implementation and configuration.

Gather business requirements and design effective solutions.

Manage templates, route maps, permissions, and appraisal cycles.

Coordinate UAT, training, and stakeholder communication.

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of SAP SF experience (3+ in PMGM).

SAP SF PMGM certification preferred.

Strong HR process knowledge and configuration expertise.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-
Exposure to EC/Compensation modules is a plus.
