Job Title: Front Desk Caller / Reception Executive
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Experience: 1–3 years (Experienced candidates will be preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and direct calls to the concerned department.
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and clients.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and client coordination.
- Respond to basic customer queries regarding the company's services.
- Manage emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and other communication channels.
- Ensure timely message taking and communication within the organization.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Support the HR and Administration team whenever required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, Telecaller, or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
Preference: Experienced candidates will be given preference.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
