Position Overview
Oneroot is looking for a smart and knowledgeable Civil Engineer with strong hands-on experience in construction and site management. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete end-to-end construction activities for our input shop project in Chamarajanagar.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle complete end-to-end construction work at the project site.
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities.
- Take care of labor management and ensure smooth workforce coordination.
- Monitor and manage construction material stock and site inventory.
- Ensure quality work and timely completion of construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers at the site.
- Maintain proper site safety and construction standards.
- Prepare daily progress updates and report project status to management.
- Solve site-related issues efficiently and maintain workflow.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of construction work.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in civil engineering and construction.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction processes.
- Experience in site supervision, labor handling, and material management.
- Smart, responsible, and capable of handling construction operations independently.
- Good technical knowledge in the civil engineering field.
- Ability to manage project execution effectively.
- Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
