Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of CBSE & Cambridge curriculum across grades
- Monitor classroom teaching, lesson planning, and student learning outcomes
- Conduct classroom observations and guide teachers for improved academic delivery
- Lead teacher performance reviews, training, and academic development initiatives
- Ensure student discipline, safety, well-being, and holistic development
- Oversee school operations including timetables, examinations, and compliance
- Supervise hostel routines, evening study programs, hygiene, and student safety
- Analyse academic performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Manage parent interactions, PTMs, orientations, and school events effectively
- Support admissions, outreach activities, and overall school brand building
- Coordinate closely with Principal and Management for smooth academic and operational execution
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree (mandatory)
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
Experience Requirements:
- 10–15+ years in reputed CBSE and IB or Cambridge Curriculum schools
- Experience as HOD / Academic Coordinator / Vice Principal
- Exposure to Cambridge / IB curriculum mandatory
