We are looking for passionate Career Counsellors who can guide aspiring candidates through their international career journey and help them enroll in our global mobility programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Counsel prospective candidates on international career opportunities, particularly in Germany and Europe.
* Understand each candidate's education, skills, experience, and career aspirations.
* Explain SkillPassGo's programs, eligibility criteria, training process, timelines, and overseas employment pathways.
* Guide candidates and their families through the enrollment process and address their questions and concerns.
* Convert qualified leads into enrolled candidates through effective counselling and relationship building.
* Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp conversations, and virtual counselling sessions.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions, applications, and enrollment status in the CRM.
* Coordinate with the admissions, documentation, language training, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
* Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 0-2 years of experience in counselling, admissions, education consulting, recruitment, customer relationship management, or inside sales.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong counselling, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to understand candidate needs and recommend the most suitable career pathway.
* Comfortable handling telephonic and virtual counselling sessions.
* Target-oriented with a consultative and customer-first approach.
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple candidate conversations simultaneously.
* Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
* Experience in overseas education, study abroad, immigration, recruitment, or vocational training is an added advantage.
