Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to spearhead customer acquisition and brand visibility across the India territory. You will drive both B2C growth (engaging parents and students directly) and B2B partnerships (onboarding schools, coaching centers, and educators) to drive subscriptions and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- School & Institutional Outreach (B2B): Connect with principals, academic coordinators, and tutoring centers across India to pitch LearnKidz platform solutions and secure institutional partnerships.
- Direct-to-Parent Sales (B2C): Follow up on inbound platform leads, conduct product demos, address academic concerns, and close premium subscriptions/memberships.
- Regional Campaigns & Events: Organize and execute school workshops, academic seminars, webinars, and promotional drives across key cities (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan).
- Digital & Social Collaboration: Coordinate localized digital marketing efforts via WhatsApp campaigns, regional parent groups, and community forums.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate tracking of leads, school visits, demo calls, and conversions within the CRM to consistently hit monthly and quarterly enrollment quotas.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of sales/business development experience, with a proven track record in EdTech, education publishing, K-12 tutoring, or school institutional sales.
- Familiarity with the North Indian K-12 ecosystem (CBSE, ICSE, and state boards).
- Fluency in English and Hindi with persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with comfort in both remote pitching (Zoom/calls) and on-ground school visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream (BBA/MBA or background in Education is an advantage).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
