- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technology strategies with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance solutions within Salesforce environments.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with various enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Ability to develop and enforce architectural standards and governance frameworks.
