About Position
We are looking for an SDET - I with 2–4 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing for Windows desktop and web applications, preferably in the Healthcare/Medical Device domain. The ideal candidate will own Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for assigned features, ensuring software quality throughout the SDLC.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing, QA, or Verification & Validation (V&V).
- Strong expertise in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Windows Desktop Application Testing.
- Proficiency in C#, WinAppDriver, MSTest, UFT, and VBScript.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and defect lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and design specifications to define test scope and strategy.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Perform Functional, Smoke, Sanity, Regression, System, Integration, End-to-End, and Exploratory testing.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using C#, WinAppDriver, MSTest, and UFT/VBScript.
- Validate Windows desktop applications, operating systems, simulators, and hardware/software integrations.
- Execute automated regression suites through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and analyze failures.
- Own Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for assigned software features and product releases.
- Track defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and quality metrics while driving continuous quality improvements.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Robot Framework, Playwright, and Python.
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Experience in the Healthcare/Medical Device domain and hardware-software integration.
