Key Responsibilities
- Conduct walk-in counselling sessions for students and parents, understand their career goals, and provide suitable course and university guidance.
- Address student and parent queries related to admissions, eligibility, fees, scholarships and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting the most suitable program and partner university from the approved university network based on their preferences and profile.
- Conduct online counselling sessions via Zoom for students interested in multiple countries, universities, and academic programs.
- Represent STAAR UNIADVISE and EDURUSSIA EDUCATION at education expos, career fairs, seminars, school visits, college events, and admission drives.
- Take complete ownership of the student admission journey—from initial enquiry to application, offer letter, fee payment, and successful enrollment.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students to maximize conversions and achieve admission targets.
- Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications and documentation.
- Maintain accurate student records, counselling notes, and daily activity updates in the CRM.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, or student recruitment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel students across multiple countries, universities, and academic programs.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with travel for career fairs, education expos, and institutional visits.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
