Job Description for Founder / MD Support, Business Execution and Operations Control
Position : Founder's Office Executive / Manager
Reporting To : Founder / Managing Director / CEO

Location: Office-based / as per company policy
Role Purpose
The Founder's Office role supports the Founder / MD in running the company smoothly by managing priorities, follow-ups, business reports, inter-department coordination and execution of important projects. This person acts as an execution partner who converts the Founder's ideas and decisions into clear actions, ownership, deadlines and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Business Follow-up
- Track important tasks across departments.
- Follow up with team heads for deadlines and updates.
- Prepare a daily update report for the Founder / MD.
- Escalate delays, blockers and risks before they become serious.
2. Operations Support
- Support delivery discipline, accountability and timeline control.
- Maintain project status sheets, dashboards and review trackers.
- Identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements.
- Coordinate with production, project coordination, HR, sales and finance teams.
3. Meeting and Review Management
- Prepare meeting agenda before important reviews.
- Take meeting notes, decisions and action points.
- Assign action owners and due dates after meetings.
- Follow up until each action item is completed.
4. Client and Sales Coordination
- Track important client requirements, commitments and pending inputs.
- Coordinate between sales, production and project teams.
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations and client reports.
- Ensure client communication is documented and followed up properly.
5. Strategy Execution
- Convert Founder's ideas into action plans and trackers.
- Support new initiatives, hiring plans, expansion plans and process-building projects.
- Research competitors, tools, market opportunities and business improvements.
- Help the Founder focus on high-priority decisions instead of daily micro-follow-ups.
6. Reporting and MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Track revenue, pending collections, hiring, project delivery and team performance.
- Create simple dashboards for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality of business data and leadership discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic dashboards.
- Ability to prepare presentations, reports and summaries.
- Comfortable coordinating with senior team members.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work with urgency.
- High confidentiality, maturity and professionalism.
