We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and target-oriented Sales Executive who can develop new business opportunities through field visits and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional personality, and an understanding of the healthcare or professional services sector, preferably with knowledge of the designing, creative, or advertising agency line.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to healthcare institutions, professional firms, and potential clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and direct outreach.
- Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present the company’s services professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design and creative teams to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively.
- Follow up with leads, prepare proposals, and support the conversion of prospects into clients.
- Maintain records of client meetings, leads, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Good knowledge of the healthcare sector, professional services, designing, or advertising agency line.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain services clearly.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.
- Prior sales or business development experience will be an advantage.
